LowKey Agent is a software platform that provides automated Reddit campaigns, community-driven marketing, and SEO indexing tools. In these Terms, “LowKey Agent,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the operator of the LowKey Agent services. “You” means the individual or organization using our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LowKey Agent. By creating an account, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to share your account with others unless authorized within the product.

Notify us immediately at contact@lowkeyagent.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Some features require a paid subscription.

Fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You agree to use LowKey Agent only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you may not:

• copy, modify, or resell our platform or content without permission
• interfere with security features, servers, or networks
• attempt to access data that does not belong to you
• use the service for spam, abuse, or any unlawful activity

All intellectual property related to LowKey Agent, including software, branding, content, and designs, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as provided.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code except where law permits without consent.

The platform may allow you to connect to third-party tools and services (such as Reddit). You are responsible for reviewing their terms and privacy policies before enabling them. LowKey Agent is not responsible for the actions or failures of third parties.

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, upgrades, and unexpected issues may cause downtime.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use poses a security or legal risk
• your subscription is unpaid

You may also terminate your account at any time. Certain obligations, such as outstanding payments or intellectual property rights, will continue after termination.

LowKey Agent is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LowKey Agent and its affiliates are not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months of service

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LowKey Agent, its employees, and partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
